Privacy
Lessee will be given a ProxCard® for access into the entry doors. Building access is permitted daily from 7:00AM-7:00PM.

The ProxCard® is for the exclusive use of the cardholder listed on this form. It may not be lent or transferred to anyone else.

Cardholder will not use the card to admit anyone, other than themselves, into the building, with the exception of someone accompanying them who will be escorted at all times.
​
Lessee will be given a key to their individual unit.

Terms of Use
Lessee agrees to use the Premises exclusively for the storage of personal property, merchandise, supplies or other material owned by Lessee and for no other use. Lessee shall not keep or have in or on the leased Premises any article or thing which might be pronounced “hazardous” or “extra hazardous” by any responsible insurance company. Lessee may not conduct any business activity upon the Premises.

Lessee may use the common area solely for the purpose of coming and going to store or remove items of personal property, provided that the Lessee may not obstruct other traffic. Lessee agrees not to commit a nuisance in or upon said Premises so as to substantially interfere with the comfort or safety of occupants of building or adjacent buildings.

Lessee understands and agrees that the use of electricity for food freezers, refrigerators and other appliances is not allowed.
​
Lessee shall not store any items outside the storage area nor dispose of any trash outside the storage area.
